AM - I have been training for 6 weeks for this triathlon. That's not long but I was already in "running shape" I just needed to swim & bike. Well the swim training went good but the biking not as well since I don't have a bike. Just a short report. Swim went way slower then I should have swam. Bike was Ok. Run was Ok. I think I'll just stick with running for a while. It was a 1500m swim, 40k bike, 10k run which I think converts to about 13.2 running.
