Personal:

I live in Kauai, Hawaii with my wife and 3 kids.  I ran x-country and track in high school. I had too much fun in college and never tried out for the teams. I graduated from BYU Provo.

AM - Felt like I was getting the flu yesterday.  Felt the same when I woke up.  I ran 2.5 miles to the starting line.  I knew it was going to be a slow race feeling sick.  I was just hoping nobody fast showed up and I got lucky.  I didn't feel very well but it was fast enough to take 1st.

You got a win while feeling sick? Very nice. Congrats. And hope you get better soon.

Thanks. I'm better now but I was up until 4AM last night with my 4 year old puking.... no fun.

You were puking, or the 4 year old? Both? Never mind, I don't want to know. Just get better.
